Affordable Diapers is owned and operated by Heather, a mother of three who lives near Joplin, Missouri. The goal of Affordable Diapers is to provide quality diapering products at an economical price. Heather has been sewing recycled wool and fleece diaper products since 2005, when she had trouble finding a suitable pull-on diaper cover for her oldest son. The store started as Righteous Recycles on Ebay, and the recycled wool wrap was introduced that year. The design of the wrap evolved according to customer feedback and personal experience, and in 2006, the website was developed. Righteous Recycles became Affordable Diapers in 2007.
