Soy Formula Diapers

My daughter is 3 days old and is rejecting the soy based formula. What should I do?
She has tried Similac Advanced w/ Iron, Isomil lactose free and we are trying to get her stable on Good Start Formula Soy based but she still is throwing some of it up. She has had wet Diapers but no dirty ones. We took her to the doctor today and he suggested keeping her fed every 2-3 hours on the same formula and if she continues to spit up call him. Experience this before?
Love.
