Parents: Do you EVER get used to the smell of dirty Diapers?
We have 4 week old twins and it doesn’t seem to bother my wife nor does it bother my mom or my MIL. I almost gag when it comes to poopy diapers. They laugh and tell me I’ll get used to it but I don’t think I’ll ever be able to do it.
Do you get used to it or become immune to the smell at least?
Yes I’m serious. I avoid diaper duty with every fiber of my being. I’ll do anything but change diapers.

once they start solids, they’re definitely stinkier — on the plus side, they’re more solid so little poop particles aren’t stuck all over the place. I’ve definitely gagged more than a handful of times and I’m a mom, so I don’t think it’s just a guy thing 
I don’t have a problem with my husband avoiding stinky diapers, but he has to change him sometimes when he’s by himself with my son…but if you make up for it in other ways, no one should be mad about that.
