We’ve been using the Pampers Baby Dry Diapers for Newborn, and we had no problems with it. We went ahead and got the next size up, which was size 1-2 (could not find size 1). It was probably really size 1, since my baby girl seemed to grow out of it at 11-12 lbs. After that I found Baby Dry Size 2. My mom commented that these diapers were not as soft as the first batch of Newborn diapers (which was likely Pampers Swaddlers Newborn, the old one, not Dry Max). Overall, I am quite pleased with Baby Dry. I must agree with the reviewer who warns *not* to buy in bulk unless the baby is in the low end of the weight range.

We have always used pampers without any problems for our oldest daughter and our new addition. Fortunately, were able to hear from parents who have tried pampers with dry max technology, before we ever purchased a package. We have looked everywhere for the pampers we have always used and grown to love, but ALL including the sensitive ones have been replaced with pampers’ new dry max technology Diapers. My husband and I have decided not to take any risk, big or small, with our daughter’s health and well being. You have to try out different brands b/c even though she has sensitive skin she could react bad to name brand and not to generic but it’s all in experimenting.
I actually like Luvs b/c they have gotten better over the years. They hold well and are flexible and soft. They used to be like cardboard and wouldn’t hold pee that well but they have improved.
Also I do Parent’s Choice from Walmart b/c you can get a box for $13 and with as many diapers as babies go through, that is a great price. They work pretty good..course if baby wakes up during the middle of the night, make sure to change her diaper b/c if she wets a ton and you don’t change when she wakes up then they will get saggy.
