Things to possibly add:

Baby oil for cradle cap
Nursing pillow (if doing that)
bouncer
Mobile for crib
recieving blankets or swaddlers
Changing pads / place to change the baby.

I am using a pack-n-play as the bassinet, but since you ahve the crib in yoru room it isn’t necessary. Pack and plays are nice when they get older, when mom needs a quick time-out, and you don’t want the baby to associate the crib with anything but sleeping.
